A community of transplants in the Triangle
Here but not from here? You’re in good company. A growing (and growing, and growing) number of Triangle residents hail from other counties, states and countries. Recent census data indicates Wake County is the second fastest growing county in the country, a very close second only to Travis County, Texas (Austin). Our new residents are coming in droves from places like New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, India, Mexico, and China. The Triangle Transplant is a spot for all of us from everywhere to learn, vent, and brag about our now-home.
